KMV Vivaan is a prestigious residential gated community villas project in Vijayawada, India. The project was designed by a renowned Singaporean architectural & designing agency by taking inspiration from lush green pastures from surrounding farm lands. The design philosophy of KMV Vivaan project exemplifies a surreal amalgamation of modernity and tradition where design, architecture, and nature blend seamlessly with each other.
The company called for participation from reputed architectural, facade design and elevation planning service providers (internationally), who can provide innovative elevation designs and options for villas of “KMV Vivaan Extension” project.
Scope of work
a) Villa facades, 3-sides elevations with detailed massing, colour combination and profile sections to be represented in 3D perspective.
b) Detailing on elevation material specifications.
As per the brief of the project, design is kept minimal in details in accordance with the modern trends while amalgamating it with the spiritual simplicity of natural tones.
Natural or earth tones are palette of greys as neutral tone with varying degrees of whites and a bit black (in metal girder). Along with that another color is introduced to be a contrasting addition and also prominent natural color of wood i.e. brown.
The overall combination will give a classy and soothing feel and will be completely in accordance with the requirement.

The greys are used as concrete and stone materiel with black in metals shades. These materials represent the reality and natural texture rather than fake ornamentation and hence are more deep and soulful. Whites are used as background textured surface to complement and enhance the greys. While wooden material in porch and shades are the perfect combination.
The elevations are designed keeping the plans intact majorly with a little extrusions and depressions in surfaces while keeping the windows placement untouched.
