Crafted at the periphery the courtyard rises from basement above and bleeds in the patio that acts a transition towards the interior spaces. A protrusion towards the façade acts as a frame that captures the views of the outdoor landscape.
The void at the basement level is treated as a courtyard that is covered with vertical fins to create privacy from the outside.
It becomes a light well that frames the sky with its geometry as shown in the photographs. It also lights the basement so it transforms into an airy an open space with views and ample natural light.
