The topic that the project intends to address is how to improve the living environment, drive industrial growth and how to meet people’s need for a delicate lifestyle while increasing widow’s income. There may be a possibility to achieve this goal by designing. Architecturally speaking the structure of this building consists of simple square frame. The most challenging part was to design the sun facing façadewhich is treated with wooden tile along with glass and steel.

Shades are provided with an extended roof diagonally balanced with contoured site. The main interior feature of interior is the stair case camouflaged in greenery creating the entrance more attractive.
