The Institute of Rural Management is located in the rural areas of tarlai vegetable and poultry scheme in Islamabad. The project aims to potentially creates new base of operations for nearly 250 trainees and more than 1 00 employees .
A volumetric study of the building shows the organisation of the various elements of the building interlaced by layers of vegetation . analysis of the site shows the main road leading to the site as well as potential access routes . An additional services is given for deliveries,
The orientation of the building takes into the consideration the wind , solar and water intake of the building as shown below .
