FA+P has been delegated a task to revamp the interior & facade of the existing hospital building situated on the Mall Road, Rawalpindi.
The facade uplift approach is based on establishing a contemporary identity as a skin tone inspired from the pallete of tree foliages & the barks. The idea of cladding as a skin in painted mild steel profiles offer a resilient maintenance free solution to the existing structure besides making it complete contemporary.
The base floor has been proposed with the timber look porcelain tiles representing the tree bark.
