A modern house designed with spacious rooms . The house has a double height sitting area with water body running parallel to it at 2 sides with bridge over it to the T.V lounge.  The octagonal shape T.v Lounge on 2 floors connected by bridges makes the interior of the house very interesting and modern .The glass bridges make it looks very light and delicate , reduces the bulkiness of elements. The house has different double height area .Water body can be viewd from the first floor T.V lounge too.

Stair case has been incorporated as a design element . Part of it runs over the water body.

Large area of the plot has been left open for landscape area and cricket Field.

The house a cantilever structure which would be used as a home theater.  the cantilever part of the house is an additional part of the house as it was not the main requirement of the project at stage 1.

2 main gates and 2 car porches are provided which can accommodate 7-8 car parking.
