At regular but unpredictable intervals, people around the world are affected by disasters. In disasters people‘s homes and livelihoods are destroyed. As human society increasingly develops into areas vulnerable to the disasters, Disasters are becoming more common and severe. Poverty, population pressures and environmental degradation means that increasing number of people are vulnerable to Disasters.
Pakistan is in the top ten countries that are most vulnerable to Disasters. (NORSAR, Norway).
The reconstruction comes with the perception and education of people. Providing opportunities to develop skills and knowledge useful in disasters. It will help researcher and students to carry out their studies where there is need of it. The institution will also teach short courses to locals for their safety. So that they can save themselves and others in those circumstances. We can’t stop disasters to happen but we can do what we can to minimize its impact.
As in QURAN: “If anyone saved a life, it would be as if they have saved all of humanity” (Surah Al Maidah: 32)

The propose site for the project is Abbottabad.
- To enliven user performance at a convivial space through cognitive learning strategies.
- Reconciliation between site history and user through structural seismic symbolism.

The project lies in Dhamtour, Abbottabad. NearBHU dhamtour. The site have open vistas 360 n provide a long horizon and a refreshing view of the valley below.
The distance of the site from main fawarachowkabbottabad is about 12 km on Murree road.
