Project Name: Gala City
Location: Banigala, Islamabad
Plot Area: 8 Kanal
Cov.Area: 150,000 Sqft
Year of the project: 2016
We are thrilled to publish the schematic design of Gala City, a mixed-use complex of 150,000 sft. As the name suggests the complex comprises of pedestrian streets, 65 residential units, retail, corporate, allied facilities and parking lot distributed between 11 levels. The gala city will contribute to the developing skyline and become a recognisable marker of residential and commercial hub in Bani gala.
The masses are organized in L-shape to optimize the sun light. The six towers hover above a three story base. The platform allows the inhabitants to engage and enjoy the captivating views of the nearby lake, while acting as an observation deck. The towers are separated from each other by pedestrian streets and connected via aerial bridges. To sum up:
A city within a city, a mini-metropolis.
